Guy Caballero is the head of SCTV Network. He is usually seen in a wheelchair despite the obvious absence of any sort of disability, claiming that it is used to gain respect.
Guy is highly authoritative, brusque and greedy, frequently attempting to raise large amounts of money throughout the series under the guise it is ”to fund the station” when in reality it ends up in his pocket instead. He underpays most of his employees (with the exception of Larry Seigel, oddly), specifically showing contempt for Johnny LaRue and providing him with a barely existent salary.
Guy can certainly be classified as shady, often trying to work his way around authority in any conceivable way that he can (but most of the time failing to succeed without consequences). He resembles, in both appearance and persona, a mafia boss, and may well be considered one if regarding The Godfather episode as canon.
